Concept
MIKOSHIは、神輿が「神霊が渡御する際に一時的に鎮まる乗り物」とされることに着想を得た作品である。
“神霊”（風景や物など、その場所で大切にされているもの）を神輿に乗せ、祈りを捧げる行為をモチーフとしている。
「Anemoia Tokyo」での展示では、体験者が「鈴」を鳴らすことでMIKOSHIが反応し、“大切なもの”に意識を向けるきっかけを生み出す。
MIKOSHI is a work inspired by the fact that the mikoshi is “a vehicle in which the divine spirit temporarily rests during the procession”. The motif of this work is the act of carrying a “divine spirit” (a landscape, object, or other object cherished in a place) on the mikoshi and offering a prayer.
In the exhibition at “Anemoia Tokyo”, the MIKOSHI responds to the ringing of a bell, creating an opportunity for visitors to become aware of “important things”.
