Concept
「flux」は、輪厚SAの由来となった輪厚川をモチーフに、光と音で夜のPAを彩るインスタレーション作品です。
空から滴り落ちた⾬粒は、⼭を伝い川の⼀部となり、我々の⽣活を潤し、海に流れ出た⽔は再び空に返り、流転します。
北海道の雄⼤な⾃然を感じられるよう、ダイナミックな⾃然の流れを表現しました。
The theme of this installation is “reincarnation” inspired by “Wattsu River” in Hokkaido, Japan.
Raindrops falling from the sky run down the mountain and become part of the river, enriching our lives. The river’s water that flows out to the sea returns to the sky and reincarnation and reconnects with our lives.
To feel Hokkaido’s magnificent nature, this installation expresses the dynamic flow of nature’s reincarnation.
