この作品は、光と音と、身体の動きがリンクすることで、非言語によるコミュニケーションが行える作品です。

楽器を演奏して音を出すのではなく、全身をつかって表現をすることは、古来より私たちの生活と結びついてきた、自己表現の方法であると考えています。一人で演奏するだけでなく、見知らぬ来場者同士がセッションすることで、新たな社会的な関係性が構築されます。

そしてこの作品は、非言語であるため、世界中の誰もが身体を使って互いにコミュニケーションをとることができます。

This work expresses the old but new way of non-verbal communication by linking light, sound, and body movements.

I believe that expressing oneself by using the body, rather than playing a musical instrument to produce sound, is a method of self-expression used in our lives since ancient times. It allows performing alone, but it also can build new social relationships through sessions with other visitors.

And because this work is non-verbal, everyone around the world can communicate with each other using this one.
